1. Contract Formation and Acceptance
1.1 Offer and Acceptance: The applicant acknowledges that by signing, they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions of the registration, thereby forming the enrolment contract.
1.2 Condition Precedent: No placement is confirmed until the required mode of payment has been successfully processed.
1.3 Declaration of Accuracy: The undersigned represents and warrants that all statements made on the Student Registration Form are correct.
2. Financial Terms and Payment Policy
2.1 Registration Fee: A non-refundable Registration Fee is required at the time of registration.
2.2 Preferred Payment Method: The preferred method of payment is via pre-authorized debit, unless an alternative such as e-transfer is specified.
2.3 Scope of Fees: The core course fees do not include participation in any short-term programs, such as Summer Camps or Spring Workshops.
3. Withdrawal and Termination Policy
3.1 Notice of Withdrawal: For any withdrawal from the program, a minimum of one month's written notice or payment of a fee in lieu of notice is required.
3.2 Leave of Absence: There will be no discount or refund of course fees for any personal leave of absence taken during the term of the course.
4. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
4.1 Waiver of Liability: The parent or guardian hereby agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless IntelliX Educational Services, its staff, and volunteers from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities for student injuries, provided such injuries are not a result of the direct negligence of the staff.
5. Media Consent and Promotional Rights
5.1 Media Rights: IntelliX Educational Services reserves the right to photograph or record students during in-class or virtual sessions.
5.2 Use of Media: Such photographs and recordings may be used for official purposes, including publication on the service's website, social media, and other promotional or informational materials.
5.3 Opt-Out Provision: The parent or guardian must provide explicit written notice if they wish to request that their child not be photographed or recorded.
5.4 Confidentiality Clause: Permission is granted to use visual recordings without the use of the child's name or address for promotions, unless explicit authorization is provided by the parent or guardian.
6. Communications and Data Privacy
6.1 Consent for Notifications: The undersigned agrees to receive notification and reminder text messages from IntelliX Educational Services.
6.2 Data Protection Commitment: The service provides assurance that it will not share or sell your data to any third party for marketing and promotional purposes.
